Delete your account

1. Send your request

Email info@1click.ai with the subject Novelinhas account deletion. Identify the email address associated with your account and state that you want to delete the account and associated personal data.

If possible, send the request from your account email. If you use Apple's private email relay or a guest session, tell us so we can help identify the relevant records. Do not send a password, verification code or identity document unless we specifically explain why further verification is needed and how to provide it securely.

2. What happens next

We will verify your identity where needed and respond within the period required by applicable law. The request covers your authentication account and associated backend personal data, subject to lawful retention exceptions. Account deletion may remove your ability to access content and protected downloads.

Local preferences and downloads remain on your device until removed through the app or by uninstalling it. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

3. Information that may remain

Limited records may be retained for security, legal obligations or backup recovery where permitted. Authentication provider and backup deletion procedures can take up to 180 days after deletion is initiated. We will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request.

The current app does not offer subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription through an older version, cancel any remaining marketplace-billed subscription separately through the store account used to purchase it. Deleting the app account does not by itself cancel that historical subscription.
