1. Accounts and authentication

You can browse the catalog using a guest session. Guest sessions have an authentication identifier for security and service access. To watch or download episodes, sign in. Depending on your method, authentication providers and the app handle your account identifier, email address, display name, profile image and sign-in information. Sign in with Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email.

Authentication providers may process network, device and security information. Passwords are handled by the authentication service rather than included in our usage analytics. We do not ask you to email passwords or authentication codes.

2. Playback, preferences and downloads

Your device stores your saved list, resume progress, language, autoplay and subtitle preferences. Offline downloads, associated keys and access records are stored in protected local storage. Our backend authorizes playback and offline access and maintains limited activity and security records associated with an account or guest identifier.

Video and subtitle delivery services receive technical information needed to deliver media, such as IP addresses and requests for media resources. Playback diagnostics may include episode identifiers, device and app information, resolution and error details. Private authentication tokens and temporary playback links are not sent in app usage analytics events.

3. Usage analytics and support

Google Analytics for Firebase may process app usage events, such as session starts, screen views, selected episodes and playback milestones, to help us improve the app. Our integration disables advertising identifier collection, advertising personalization and advertising-data consent. It does not include names, email addresses, authentication tokens or private playback links in analytics events.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond and resolve your request.

4. Purposes and providers

We use information to provide sign-in, the catalog, video playback, downloads, preferences and support; improve reliability; protect the service; and comply with legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in reliability and security, legal obligations and consent where required.

Service providers include Google Firebase for authentication and app analytics, Google or Apple for supported social sign-in, Vimeo for video and subtitle delivery, and our cloud infrastructure providers for the backend, database and website. These providers process information under their respective applicable terms.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable transfer safeguards and data protection requirements apply where required. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Advertisements, payments and this website

The current app does not display advertisements or offer subscriptions. We do not collect payment card details. Limited historical purchase records from older versions may be retained to address legal, security or support obligations; the relevant marketplace handles its own payment and transaction records.

This website does not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed for delivery and security. External App Store and Google Play links take you to those providers' websites, where their privacy policies apply.

6. Retention

We retain information for the time needed to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described above, subject to applicable law. Backend activity summaries normally expire after 30 days. Account and guest security records may remain until deletion is requested or a retention purpose ends. Authentication data removal follows the provider's deletion and backup procedures, which may retain older records for up to 180 days after deletion is initiated.

Support correspondence, backups and limited legal or security records may remain longer where necessary and permitted. Offline files remain on your device until removed, although their access licenses expire separately. We will explain relevant retention exceptions when responding to a deletion request.

7. Your choices and rights

You can explore the catalog without registering, sign out in Settings and manage your list, downloads, languages, autoplay and subtitle preferences. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data protection authority.

Email info@1click.ai for privacy requests. See account deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.

8. Security, age and changes

We use access controls, encrypted network connections and protected storage to help secure information. No system can guarantee absolute security. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can assess and address the issue.
