Terms of Service

1. The service and its operator

Novelinhas is an entertainment application operated by 1Click AI Serviços Digitais LTDA. The app is listed as Novelinhas in Brazil and Short Dramas by Novelinhas in other markets; it may display Short Dramas within the app outside Brazil. The application was formerly named Chingu Stories. These Terms apply to the same service regardless of its localized name.

You can contact the operator at info@1click.ai. These Terms cover the mobile app, its available audiovisual content and the website at novelinhas.app.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must also comply with applicable laws and the rules of the app marketplace through which you obtained the app.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You may explore the catalog without registering. Signing in is required to watch or download episodes. The app offers email and Google sign-in, and Sign in with Apple on supported Apple devices. Available sign-in methods may depend on your device.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and do not share access in a way that violates these Terms. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support. We will not ask you to send your password or authentication codes by email.

4. Free access, advertisements and charges

The current version of Novelinhas provides access to its available episodes free of charge. It does not offer an in-app subscription or display advertisements. Registration does not create a subscription or authorize payment to us.

Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge for data, and you remain responsible for those charges. If you previously subscribed through an older version of the service, any remaining marketplace-billed subscription must be managed through the marketplace account used to purchase it. These Terms do not initiate, renew or cancel a historical store-billed subscription, or limit any rights relating to a previous purchase. Contact support if you need help identifying a previous subscription.

5. Permission to use the app and its content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app and watch content made available through it for your own non-commercial entertainment. Ownership of the app, videos, images, subtitles, branding and other materials remains with their respective rights holders.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly broadcast or otherwise exploit the content except where expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law. You may not remove rights notices or bypass authentication, encryption, download licenses or other access controls.

6. Downloads and offline viewing

Where supported, you may download episodes through the app for personal offline viewing. Downloads are stored in protected form, linked to your account and subject to a temporary offline access license of up to 72 hours. An internet connection is required to download content and renew or verify offline access.

Downloads are not transferable video files and do not give you ownership of the content. Offline playback may become unavailable when a license expires, you sign out, remove the download or lose authorized access. Content availability and the app's storage or security requirements may also affect downloads.

7. Catalog, languages and technical availability

Titles, episodes, artwork, audio tracks and subtitles may change. We do not promise a particular number of titles, publication schedule or continuous availability of any specific episode. Resolutions, including 4K, depend on the content, your device and connection. You can adjust supported subtitle settings in the app.

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable care in operating it. Nothing in these Terms removes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, interfere with infrastructure, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious software, impersonate someone else or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Restrictions on reverse engineering or technical measures apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Report suspected infringement or service abuse to info@1click.ai, providing enough information for us to assess the issue. Do not include passwords or sensitive authentication information.

9. Privacy and deleting your account

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may request deletion of your account and associated data using the instructions on our account deletion page. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited information where required or permitted for legal, security or backup purposes.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a historical subscription billed by an app marketplace. Manage such a subscription separately through that marketplace.

10. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You can request review of an account restriction by emailing support.

11. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer, data protection or other applicable law. This includes protections that apply to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil or other jurisdictions.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other conduct that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Marketplace terms may also apply to your use of the app; these Terms do not reduce any mandatory rights against us or the marketplace.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes, and obtain consent where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not agree to an updated version, you may stop using the service.
